Bunny business from Acorah

The Metro recently ran a story about a family whose abnormally large pet rabbit that weighs as much as a three-year-old child has been blamed by self proclaimed medium Derek Acorah for ‘channeling spirits’ that caused the family house to be actively haunted.

The Metro went with the headline ‘The pet rabbit so large they thought he was possessed’ because, you know, it has nothing to do with the fact that Ralph the rabbit is the offspring of Amy the Rabbit who was the world’s biggest rabbit until her death last year. Something the article actually touches upon towards the end!

It almost seems that Derek is keen to hop onto (…) any story that might bring him a bit of lime light these days because this story is possibly even more lame than the Michael Jackson seance that he tried to pull off last year.

The Metro quoted Ralph the rabbits owner Pauline as saying:

‘We are pretty sure our house is haunted by something or other, so Ralph went up to London with friends of ours to meet Derek Acorah, they said it was pretty spooky and he had a good old chat with Ralph about the spirits in our house. He seemed to think Ralph was channelling the spirit of a ghoul. It sounds like a load of old nonsense but Ralph isn’t your average rabbit.’

How they have made this leap (…) of logic I do not know, it’s bizarre to the extreme and I personally cannot work out how anybody could reach the conclusion that the rabbit must be behind the odd goings on in this families home. Also, since when did Derek start talking to animals? He had a conversation with the rabbit did he? That’s nice for him…

Mind you… this IS Derek Acorah we are talking about. You know the guy… the one who channels the spirits of supposed dead jailers that never actually existed and were made up by a parapsychologist as a test. That’s a special talent, that.

    Derek talks to rabbits?

I stayed with my family for a while and watched cable TV. As I do not watch TV at home I was channel hopping incredulous of the crap that was on.

Then the Derek Acorah show appeared!!! haha

In this format he has a studio audience and shows off his skills.….mostly by talking to one side and saying things to his invisible friend…lol

On this show someone brought a rabbit on, as it was troubled. Derek told the owner that the rabbit wasn’t happy because it was kept in her bedroom and it wanted its own space.…absolutely classic DA bullshit!!

No wonder I do not watch TV anymore !!!

As for the “Mary loves DIck” superb. You can see Yvette struggling to control herself.…..must have been stressful…especially since the lights were on and she couldn’t throw or kick anything ;) lol

I also loved that old classic.…

Kreed Kafer and Rik Eedles (never seen that one)

One favorite is when Yvette called him fake.…prior to broadcast lmao
